Mr. Powers received a B.S. in Civil Engineering in December 2003. He has six years of experience working for industry and private practice.

His experience has been in the area of site planning, development, construction, project management, hydrology, and coordination for clients. Site planning and development involves the selection of sites, review of local codes impacting development, site grading, and study of the hydrology of the site, preparation of plans for infrastructure extensions, preparation of construction documents and administration of construction contracts. Several projects have involved the planning, design, and the construction management of the project.
