PROJECT: Apple Creek Apartments II

ROLE: Engineering Design
Gose and Associates provided engineering
design services for Architects Collective
regarding the development of the 192 unit
Apple Creek II apartment complex. Our firm
provided a grading plan to allow for full
development of the site with minimum dirt
removal, which involved moving approximately
60,000 cubic yards of soil. Other services
included the design of site paving, a
sanitary sewer collection system and a
public water line. Bids came in within
estimate; dirt work was outside the project
budget.
PROJECT: CountrySide Addition
CLIENT: Logwood Construction Company
ROLE: Master Planning
Gose and Associates provided the master
planning for a 38-acre residential
subdivision consisting of 3-4 acre
units. The firm prepared final plats for
7 sections as well as plans for grading,
drainage, paving, sewer and water. Gose
and Associates prepared restrictive
covenants, assisted the owner with
bidding, and provided periodic
construction observation. All
improvements came in under budget.
