PROJECT: Bradford Plaza Development

Gose and Associates redesigned a 10.66-acre commercial shopping center site immediately north of the Albertson's grocery store in Stillwater. The 84,000 square feet of space accommodates 7 lease spaces, 2 out pads with buildings, and 2 out pads without any structures. The firm designed the paving, sanitary sewer, water line and storm water facilities as well as administered the site plan application with the City. Other services included developing the site development restrictions and cross use agreements. Formerly known as the "K Mart" site, the original site plan contained 74,000 square feet of retail lease space, and 4 out pads with freestanding buildings.


PROJECT: Apple Creek Apartments II
CLIENT: American Fidelity
ROLE: Engineering Design

Gose and Associates provided engineering design services for Architects Collective regarding the development of the 192 unit Apple Creek II apartment complex. Our firm provided a grading plan to allow for full development of the site with minimum dirt removal, which involved moving approximately 60,000 cubic yards of soil. Other services included the design of site paving, a sanitary sewer collection system and a public water line. Bids came in within estimate; dirt work was outside the project budget.


PROJECT: Boomer Lake/Lakeview Road Reconstruction
CLIENT: City of Stillwater, Oklahoma
ROLE: Project Coordinator

This project reconstructed Lakeview Road across Boomer Lake following construction of a new dam. Gose and Associates served as Project Coordinator with the:

  • PROJECT: CountrySide Addition
    CLIENT: Logwood Construction Company
    ROLE: Master Planning

    Gose and Associates provided the master planning for a 38-acre residential subdivision consisting of 3-4 acre units. The firm prepared final plats for 7 sections as well as plans for grading, drainage, paving, sewer and water. Gose and Associates prepared restrictive covenants, assisted the owner with bidding, and provided periodic construction observation. All improvements came in under budget.
