Rick Egleberry

Mr. Egleberry has been associated with Gose and Associates for over two years serving as Project Manager.
With over 25 years of experience in the civil engineering and construction management profession. He has a strong ability to develop alternatives and recommendations to solve problems/conflicts and negotiate claims to avoid construction delays.

His responsibilities include: · All aspects of public works design and construction management.  Construction administration and management of construction and special design projects.  Direct/supervise/coordinate personnel in engineering/design/survey/inspection/ and consultants to assure the project quality, maintain project schedule and budget, in conformance with the approved plans, specifications, standards and local codes.   Mr. Egleberry has a thorough knowledge and have prepared hundreds of contract documents and bid packages.  He also has a strong knowledge of contract law and claims avoidance for public works projects.  He has managed projects under the regulations of numerous agencies such as; EPA, Corps of Engineers, State, City, County, DOT, FEMA, CDBG, Rural Development, SHPO, FAA, USFWS, and DWR.   He has also managed projects under the guidelines of Improvement Districts, Design Build, and Construction Manager at Risk Projects.
